Monitoring and protection are required on every client computer/server. Remote system monitoring and management, antivirus, and patch management are included in Unlimited Support at no additional charge. Monthly Block of Hours and As-Needed add $15 per computer/server per month.
Unlimited Support prices the entire device quantity at its applicable tier: 1–10 devices at $100 each per month; 11–20 devices at $90 each per month; 21–30 devices at $80 each per month; 31+ devices at $75 each per month.
